Title: UPDATE ANNUAL DINNER 15th-17th MARCH WALES

SO guys, after all the mess we have managed to get an awesome hotel in the same village and on the right weekend as promised :D THANK GOD. Basically we will have a limit to spaces but we now have prices and the camp site is all good and everything is yay. So we have 30 twin or double rooms and 3 singles (with space for two extra at the dinner but not enough space to have a room for them) so space for 63 sleepers and 65 eaters. Going to have to do a first pay first served but obviously those who posted ages ago about wanting to come will be considered as kinda priority.

Money:
James B owes 25. (minibus)


SO where we going? FIRST NIGHT : Gwern Gof Isaf Farm (Postcode - LL24OEU)
SECOND NIGHT: THE ROYAL OAK Betws-y-coed (Postcode - LL24OAY)

Hotel prices include DJ, Dinner, double/twin bedroom and breakfast next day.

Hotel + camping + Minibus = 95
Hotel + camping = 70
Hotel= 65

Single bed at the hotel will cost 90ppn with everything as mentioned before included. So yeah guys, sorted :D  

FOOD = SORTED

CAMPING BOOKED (if you are suddenly camping let me (Beth) know please).
HOTEL PAID & ROOMS SORTED.

DEADLINE = GONE... PARTTTYY :cheers: 


CHECK IN: FROM 1PM SATURDAY.      CHECK OUT: BY 10.30 SUNDAY.

Because you and colin currently can only drive a kendalls one ( the union test waiting list is too long to have it done by annual dinner) We'll have to wait and see if we end up with a kendalls bus.
We're likely to based on our current run this year.

If you could drive a minibus that would be awesome and really helpful :)
If you've done the union minibus test, you'll probs be alright but need to let them know if you've had points on your licence since then. If you email, l.short@surrey.ac.uk and ask, Leonie will know :)

Currently as I can see it we have 13 people for a minibus. The easiest way ( although slightly priceier way to do this) is use a Kendalls van then we have Colin, Marie, Adam W, and Alex as people who can share the driving around. It would be a little squished but some nice person (Gerald, BabyD?, Weeman could possibly take some racks/ropes/general shit for us?)


Is there anyone else needing a bus space? Can I go ahead and book this?


If more people creep out of the wood work we can then hire in a 9 seater aswell.

But it is longggg (A heckermile infact) and also all of those people are down for a bus space, so you may aswell use them.

Yes I can take some bits and pieces. As far as I know I have three people in my car so should have some spare room. One of them is a girl though so might not be space for any stuff, people or the engine ;)

I believe I finish work at lunchtime on the Friday so would be up for driving an early Faff-free bus (if such a thing can exist within environment of students and climbers?) With a slight detour via Aldershot to collect Marie.

I'll skip the M25 traffic by going on the Bracknell short cut if thats ok but don't mind a faffy bus. I'm used to it. With the added bonus that I can pick up my stuff from my house on the way so I don't have to lug my tent, tux and gear on the train in the morning.

Of course its fine :) I presume you'll want a twin room? Just need to know if you are camping and how you'll be travelling up. (Own transport or minibus?). And you'll need to pick food too - want to try and have numbers and most food sorted by 7th March.
