Social Events / London night out Friday 10th August
« on: July 30, 2012, 01:31:35 PM »

Ive discovered recently that drinking lots of alcohol is a very fun way to spend an evening. If anyone else would like to try this unusual activity please join me in London on 10th August.

Current plan (although this is of course subject to change on the evening due to drunken suggestions and ideas)

6pm - Jewel Bar near St Pauls -
11pm - Rattlesnake near Angel - Indie bar open till 2am - 56 Upper Street, Angel, Islington, London, N1 0NY
2am - Carry on drinking/dancing wherever we feel like. Quite a few bars open till 6am in London (not all of them are strip clubs!!   )
6am - Stagger to Waterloo to catch 1st train home

Please let me know if youre interested and if you are bringing other people so I can inform Jewel how many people are descending on them

Interested so far
Mark - some of you may have met him at catch 22 nights
Fat Al
Keith - from Craggy
Andy - from Craggy

Thanks muchly

Climbing Trips / Bulgaria 10th - 17th July
« on: June 14, 2011, 01:54:58 PM »
Ali, Marc and I are thinking of heading to Bulgaria to try out all the new routes that are sprouting up there. Looking at Trinity Rocks at the moment as this seems to be the largest and most popular area. There is a bunk house for 10 euro per night right next to the crag or there is a villa 15 mins drive away which may work out cheaper depending on how many of us go.
Flights are looking to be about 200 each and car hire would be 150 per car.
All in all should work out to under 350 plus food/beer money
Whos interested?
