I think as long as you have some combnation of chicken, chilli, ginger, noodles, ginger and coriander it'll work out fine. James usually puts spring onions in too.
Many donkeys have tried to match wits with me, but almost all have failed.

WOODPIGEON STROGANOFF

breasts of 2 woodpigeon cut into long 20mm thick strips
1/2 400gm tin of chopped tomatoes
1 medium onion sliced not diced
1 red pepper sliced not diced
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1 oz of butter
142 ml carton of sour cream
A handful of chopped parsley

1 - Gently sweat the onions and pepper in the butter for 2 minutes then add the paprika and cook until onions are soft.

2 - Increase the heat and when it starts to sizzle add the pigeon strips and fry until all sides are sealed.

3 - Add the tinned tomatoes a little at a time so the pan doesn`t cool too much then add 1/2 the soured cream a little at a time.

4 - Check the pigeon strips are cooked to the doneness you like(pink for me) then throw in the parsley stir and serve with rice and a dollop of sour cream on top.

Very very tasty! but as a result i no longer have any game left for sale!

Will let you all know when i get hold of some more!

Happy eating all!

A chilli sauce for stir frying noodles- i love it

2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 lemongrass stalks, outer leaves removed, finely chopped
1 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 chili (I used a jalapeno), finely chopped
1 medium red onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 red bell pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
4 Tbsp bought sweet chili sauce
1.5 Tbsp tomato ketchup
300 ml water (about 10 fl oz.)

Heat the vegetable oil in a small pot over low heat until hot. Add the next eight ingredients and saute for 7-8 minutes without coloring. Add the red pepper and continue cooking gently for 8-10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Blitz in a blender or food processor. (Careful with hot things in blenders!

That sounds good, you should come make it for us next week. And you can use the stick blender we have so you don't need to worry about hot things in blenders.
