People coming in cars:

• The campsite normally gets Joe Public to pay a 25% deposit and the full balance on day of arrival. Paying through the club you can pay when you leave and change your plans with zero notice (except meadery) for no extra cost. The rate is £6.50 per night whether you pay through the club or not.
• Paying through the club gives the club a better chance of getting a discount and therefore we can re-invest some money!
• I will ONLY take cash for camping. Meals will depend on my cash flow situation when we're there

Meadery Plan
The meadery will bill everyone table by table. You will have to pay as a small group for your food & mead, this goes for bus and car people.


BUS DEPARTURE PLANS:
Red Wing: 1700 DEPARTURE from outside chancellors on campus. This means you need to be there 16:45 latest to give time to get your stuff on. The first time you are likely to get to Tesco will be Wednesday evening.


Blue Wing:  0930 departure from outside chancellors. Please be there by 0915 for loading.
Assume the first Tesco stop will be late Wednesday evening.


Drivers will have your phone numbers. If you aren't there by the specified time expect to be given an earful of abuse / prepare yourself an excuse for why you're holding everyone up!
IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING PLEASE LET ME KNOW NOW FOR CLUB MEALS. If you don't speak up and I accidentally feed you something you're allergic to. Tough Titty.




I'm anticipating the total cost for transport, every club meal, and accom to be around the £100 mark, the balance will be paid upon return, for which you will be chased by Tiff / The treasurer elect.
