Cool I'm happy to do whatever really as long as I'm either climbing or in the pub ;)

I have booked the 'Plume of Feathers' bunkhouse for four of us (Tarryn, Alan, Becky and I). They didn't sound too busy so others should be able to add on without too much issue and they have a campsite if all else fails.

The lady told me they have a band playing on saturday night.

Windle, get yourself and your minions booked in!

A 14 seat bus has become free at the last minute. Do we want it?

Nope, however I did read the email I was sent wrong. A 14 seater is potentially available.

well at the moment i think we have about 4 ppl going from gford on friday night
plus tash and charlie who are going to be staying in okehampton
plus windle&co coming from worchester

if we could find a bus load of ppl to join in the fun that would be great - it is a bit strange that there isn't a big trip happening on a sunny bank holiday weekend

Yeah I couldn't get a bus early enough, and people are gay about exams, and I more or less couldn't be arsed.

i didn't realise the campsite is basically the same place, i'll probably actually camp instead as it's less than half the price...

I'm going to have to bail, I've done something to my wrist while bouldering last weekend and now it goes crunch and hurts quite a lot if I try to climb on it, so I've come to the sad conclusion that i'm not allowed to go climbing for a bit :(

Sorry everyone.

I think this proves Bouldering is dangerous and shouldn't be considered

Speaking of bouldering... do you fancy throwing your mat in the car for the weekend Alan? There's quite a lot around and might be good for the iffy weather days.

It has before. Since Becky has sacked us off and we don't need any camping stuff we should have plenty of space. I'm happy to drive, that way we will even out the petrol money I owe you for cheddar :)

If it's still bad next week i'll doctor it up, i'm hoping it'll be sorted after a week of rest. If splat wasn't soon i'd probably risk it and head to dartmoor this weekend.

I don't mind. Happy to drive but I thought you guys might like the option of escaping to a tea shop if I'm still climbing ;)

Haha. Yes it keeps that option open too. I'll drive then.
