For Lent I am giving up Lent. If I have in the past given you anything on a temporary basis then please give it back.

Good luck Kirsty, you are braver than me.

Tor and I are thinking of cycling more of Eurovelo 6 - starting in Germany and following the Danube through Austria to Slovakia. Probably over easter. Expect to take the 11 easter holiday days which will include a couple of rest days. Camping to make it cheaper, either shipping out our bikes or hiring some there. Looking to do about 60 miles per day.

As much Beer, sausage and Sauer Kraut as you can handle along the way.

anyone interested in joining us?

Noggin has led the good life in Oxford for some time. He now feels it is time to find a new owner and spread his sticky sweet love.

I propose a competition to win Noggin. I refuse to say what the competition is about or how to win. Post your entries here.

Id like some Ogwen action. There is a huge route in the snowdon amphitheatre I'd like to do too.

If the weather isn't rubbish, does anyone fancy a road ride on Sunday?

I dont yet know if i'll be back on Subday as its weekend of mystery time. If I am, I'll be cycling.
