Going for a ride to Swinley or Peaslake tomorrow mid-late afternoon as it cools down a bit. Anybody else up for a ride then?

Where is that?

Last time I had my full face lid and pads out was downhilling in Andorra last summer with my bro. That was damn good fun - chair lift are the way forward!

Swinley was awesome, however my preferred method of travel seems to be "hobbling" at the moment so should probably stay home!  8)

You can still ride a bike even if you can't walk.

Swinley was damn fine late this afternoon :-) A superb way to cap an afternoon snoozing in the hammock. Almost had a mid air collision with a squirrel though - he was sunning himself on a tabletop as I took off, he leapt straight up for some branches and I almost took him out mid jump.

RIP Jimbob :-(

You'll just have to learn to ride with one arm.

The wildlife is getting out of control in Swinley - last time it was a squirrel, this time it was a deer that I almost had a mid air collision with, missed it by about a foot - next time I expect there to be an elephant in the middle of the track.

Quite possibly - if it has spent too much time in the sun without putting on any sunscreen!

If the weather isn't rubbish, does anyone fancy a road ride on Sunday?
