Also having looked in to it we can fly back late on Saturday and ski Saturday day!  I'd say we could fly out early Saturday morning but I dislike 6am morning flights.

I couldn't find the other thread, but...

"We only pay for 15 places but the accommodation can sleep 20, the more people we find the cheaper (and more fun) it gets!"

Indeed it will be more fun as you fill all the rooms with couples with other people in the bunk beds so there can be no couple sexy time.  HA HA HA

I can't give you the deposit until the end of the month when I get my first paycheck. Will that be ok?

no preference for flights really, am happy to go on the early one going out and late one coming back if others are interested.

paid a deposit for a double bed for me and vicky :)

btw thanks for organising this year

regarding the flights, have you checked the transfer times to the resort? i like the sound of extra skiing. reckon it might be dubious on the first day tho as it assumes (a) the flights run on time (b) we have a private transfer not a coach that stops at loads of other accomodations.

i;d be tempted to hold off getting the ski pass until we arrived and i knew there was going to be time to ski. altho that adds some faff time for buying it in resort...

The transfers will be done by the chalet owner or one of her friends.  They won't be shared, if we have 2 packs of under 8 people might well be even better for them.

Transfer time is meant to be 1.5 hours, realistically you could be in resort for 11am, but that has lots of ifs attached to it.  You'll also end up paying for a full day of pass, on the upside it should be quiet!

hmm might buy the 7 day pass in advance and then top up with ahalf day if we get there early enough. i assume you can do that. i'll look into it at some point... in any case i'm happy to go for the early out/ late back flights and don't mind driving. even if we don't get to the resort early enough to ski the first day, it'll mean we can have cake in the chalet and get to know the chalet wenches hosts. ppl will have lots of time for fitting rental things too..

late/late flights preferable - can do early flight if necessary but not too bothered as doubt would ski first day anyway (too much faff getting hire etc)!

Not fussed about flight times. Not that interested in skiing on the day we get there as would be a lot of hassle and money for probably not that much skiing by the time people have sorted out hire equipment. Skiing on the day we leave is an option depending on what time we have to leave the resort, but people will need time to take back hire stuff and change out of ski clothing.

Mr Neeeeeeek - you wil need to man up and break 100kph so we can set the bar higher ;-)
