Climbing! Early May bank holiday weekend
« on: April 21, 2013, 10:26:05 PM »
I can't help but notice that 3rd-6th May is a bank holiday weekend, which can only mean climbing! :D I was thinking North Wales if the weather's looking tolerable, or somewhere sunnier if the rain gods don't smile upon us. Anyone up for it? You know you want to...

No one? Seriously? It's a bank holiday weekend, that means the weather will look like this: :sunny:
And you'll look like this: :shaking2:
then you can do lots of this: :smurf:
Any if you fall off you'll look like this:
then this:  :rambo:
Then you'll climb it and look like this:

What's not to love?

I'm probably up for some climbing. Not sure its been long enough since annual dinner for me to forget how far away north wales is though.
Many donkeys have tried to match wits with me, but almost all have failed.

I'm happy going somewhere closer if that'll mean i actually have people to climb with, i was thinking north wales as it's more worth it driving there for a long weekend than a normal weekend.
Could potentially go for the peak district if you want somewhere closer?

Italian Tom is coming, we're going to the peak district now, hopefully more people will realise that they want to climb that weekend.
